change of use but wonder if the caravan for subsidiary use is necessary? H06-1150-21Mr Hart, Norwood House,

application H06-1197-21 Mr & Mrs Bacon,

application H06-1264-21 Mr Baxter, Field
Bungalow, Blazegate, Gedney Demolition
of existing bungalow and erection of 2 new detached bungalows and garage,
associated soft and hard landscaping. Council considers this application
to be overdevelopment of the site . Council would not object to one

principle to this application but would request more information on access to

Dawsmere Conversion
of building Council has no observations H06-0132-22 Mr Hay, Caudwell Farms,
Marsh Lane, GDE Change
of use of barn to 2 dwellings No observations H06-0133-22 Mr Hay,
Caudwell Farms, adjacent Birchwood,
Dawsmere Rd Residential development Council object to this
application: Further it is
considered that a two-storey dwelling close to the boundary with the adjacent
bungalows at no's 5 and Ashwood would be overbearing and result in
unacceptable overshadowing. The proposal is therefore contrary to Policies 2
and 3 of the South East Lincolnshire Local Plan, 2019. Policy 2 states that
sustainable development considerations should be met in relation to such
matters as impact on the character and appearance of an area and the
relationship to existing development. Policy 3 indicates
that development proposals should be high quality and be appropriate to the
character and appearance of an area. They also set out residential amenity
and the relationship to existing development and land uses as main
considerations when making planning decisions. Council considers that
the foundations for the proposed building would be deeper than those of the
neighbouring bungalow at No 5 which is less than 3m away. H06-0134-22 Mr Hay, Caudwell Farms, adjacent Park View, Dawsmere Rd Residential
development Council object to this application: The site is inside the Gedney Drove End Settlement Limit as
defined in the South East Lincolnshire Local Plan (SELLP), 2019. However, the
proposal would constitute an inappropriate form of development that would be
out of character with the area. Further it is considered that a three-storey dwelling close
to the boundary with the adjacent bungalow of Parkview would be overbearing
and result in unacceptable overshadowing. The proposal is therefore contrary
to Policies 2 and 3 of the South East Lincolnshire Local Plan, 2019. Policy 2
states that sustainable development considerations should be met in relation
to such matters as impact on the character and appearance of an area and the
relationship to existing development. Policy 3 indicates that development proposals should be
high quality and be appropriate to the character and appearance of an area.
They also set out residential amenity and the relationship to existing
development and land uses as main considerations when making planning
decisions. H06-0154-22 Mr Scholl, Harford Gate Cottage, Harford Gate,

AGM Meeting 14th December 2021 07.00 pm by Zoom. 9
members attended. Election
of officers. All previous incumbents were re-elected with the addition of me
as Vice Chairman. Minutes
of previous AGM accepted. Finances all fine with thanks to all PCs for
continued support. The SH Rotary Club donated £250.00. Publicity
was the main topic as the charity is faced with a dichotomy between expanding
the service and the lack of drivers. The driver number are down from 90 to
30. Various ideas were suggested and discussed. It was agreed that the need
to advertise for new drivers was a priority. Ideas for both service and
drivers included Social Media, Surgery TV notices boards as well as those at
Pilgrim and Johnsons Hospitals. It was also felt that PCs could help via
their websites and notice boards. We also hope to use the local media outlets
more to help highlight the service and driver shortage. A sincere vote of
thanks was also extended to all the drivers for the unfailing support during
the difficult time. The
usual Honorarium of £750.00 was awarded to Gregg the main co-ordinator to be
split with his assistant as they seem fit. The
Public Liability Insurance has been updated and paid. Under
correspondence one member had inform the Chair that they were leaving. The
Charity policy review(s) which was carried out last year were accepted
unanimously. A.O.B.
It was reported that it is more difficult for drivers to apply for their
badges online than by mail. Recommended drivers apply by mail. Being
no other business the meeting was closed with thanks for attending. Cllr
A Hammersley
