RESPONSIBILITES AND RESOLVE ACCORDINGLY a. Cemetery Two memorial applications were
agreed and RESOLVED b. Walker Memorial Park A quotation to cut back the
overhanging trees has been received from Malc Firth for the sum of £187.50 This was agreed and item RESOLVED,
Clerk to instruct. Cllr Buddle reported that there was
a lot of dog poo in the children’s play area. c. Queen Mother Nature Reserve: A broken fence pots around meadow
to be mended (cost £30.00). d. Gedney Dyke Village Green Play
Area The War Memorial needs weeding, it
was proposed for the Clerk to get a quotation (up to £80 to instruct) From James Chadwick. e. Allotments: None f. Any Other area: None 201.22

TO DISCUSS DEFIBRILATORS AND RESOLVE ACCORDINGLY Following
a discussion Council RESOLVED to replace the defibrillator at Gedney Victory
Hall. District
Cllr Reynold will give Council a grant to cover the £745 to cover the remainder
of cost for a Mindray C1A purchased from London Hearts with a grant from them
of £300. 203.22
TO RESOLVE ON A COUNCIL FACE BOOK PAGE (Cllr Marchant) Following a discussion Council
RESOLVED against opening a Face Book page. 204.22 HIGHWAYS & FOOTWAYS a. Update on outstanding matters All the footpaths in GDE have been
cut and the 40mph signs replaced. b. To report any new matters. None 205.22 DATE OF NEXT MEETING:
12th July at Gedney Drove End Village Hall 7pm 206.22 To Resolve for the council
to move into closed session for discussion of the following agenda items. Due to the confidential nature of
the business to be transacted. There was no need to go into
closed session. There
