NHS launches Lincolnshire’s first online Citizens’ Panel with £250 prize draw

An online Citizens’ Panel has been launched by the NHS in Lincolnshire to ensure the county’s residents are heard during upcoming crucial healthcare planning.

Adults of all ages and from all walks of life are encouraged to join to make sure the group is truly representative. Three £250 prize draws will take place during the first year as a ‘thank you’ to members who engage with the surveys.

Charity HWLincs has been selected by the NHS in Lincolnshire to recruit panel members. Tom Cassidy from HWLincs said: “This is a vital opportunity to make a real difference to the future of healthcare services in the county.  As we move through the Covid-19 pandemic, there is an intense focus on health and healthcare provision. The panel will give us all the opportunity to help shape healthcare services in Lincolnshire.”

“Whether you have specific needs that must be recognised and considered, or you don’t have any health issues right now but live in the Lincolnshire, engaging today to shape the future is vital,” he added.
