correspondence from the May meeting has been dealt with. Three
new batteries for the defibrillators were ordered on 4th June but still
awaiting delivery. WMP
and GDVG play areas have now been deep cleaned, ready for summer holidays. As
per the May minutes, all insurance quotes were assessed and a 3-year deal
with BHIB was chosen. Confirmation
of Councils Audit submission has been received. Tydd St Mary PC accepted the Councils offer for payment to use Zoom

( zoom and trend use) VAT refund £2088.27 Wind farm grants £9500 d. First quarter Bank reconciliation and spend against
budget This had been circulated prior to meeting for all to
inspect. Cllr Hammersley asked about Allotment rents, the Clerk explained about Weyleaves. Cllr Rollings checked bank statement against bank reconciliation. e. To Resolve on paying ICO Data Protection Fee by direct

letter from ACC circulated 98.21 TO CONSIDER PARISH COUNCIL
RESPONSIBILITES AND RESOLVE ACCORDINGLY a. Cemetery- Both Memorial applications were
agreed. Council Discussed a phone request
for purchase of a Burial plot for burial of family ashes, they RESOLVED in favour. Cemetery waste bin was emptied
this week. b. Walker Memorial Park Update on Football wall This is
now installed and in use. Emptying of the bins was discussed, this has
become a problem with so few Councillors to empty them and the profusion of
rubbish throughout the summer months. It was proposed to accept
Hollyoaks quotation of £5 per week to empty throughout the grass cutting
season, This was seconded and RESOLVED. . c. Queen Mother Nature Reserve. i. 10-year
anniversary project. Council is now onto the final
stage of the project. Hard standing parking. It was proposed to accept J D
Plants quotation of £1420.00 to install a base and top to the area from the road to the
height barrier, this was seconded and RESOLVE. This will give hard standing
parking for up to 3 cars during the winter months when the grassed parking
area needs to be closed due to ground conditions. d. Gedney Dyke Village Green Play
Area During June Council received
several complaints from residents of Gedney Dyke regarding people using the
play area parking cars in Memorial Lane and cars turning in driveways off
Memorial Lane. Council have now placed a sign, as
requested, large enough to be read from the main road prior to turning into
the lane , requesting the village hall car park be used. Council have now received 2
complaints about this sign. Clerk to reply. e. Allotments All fine. f. Any Other area None 99.21 TO RESOLVE ON FUTURE
MEETINGS Council
RESOLVED to hold a short face to face meeting in Gedney Dyke Village Hall on
16th September. Council RESOLVED on the continued
wearing of masks when indoors and social distancing. 100.21 HIGHWAYS & FOOTWAYS a. Update on outstanding matters
The footpath from Main Rd to
Dawsmere Rd GDE has now been cut back. b. To report any new matters. 101.21 DATE OF NEXT MEETING:
